Initial
estate planning, business and real estate consultations are
conducted without charge to the client. Fees will be quoted
during the initial consultation for appropriate estate planning
services, business or real estate services. I am happy to
review existing estate plans, whether or not the documents
were drafted by me, without charge.
Fees
for consultations and other services provided for probate
and trust administration clients are generally by the hour,
based upon the work and time required. I make house, hospital
or nursing home calls at no additional charge to the client.
A modest consultation fee is charged for review of title company
real estate closing documents, contracts, pre-nuptial agreements
and title reports.
